Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and the ability to work on diverse projects, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of finish. We work in Princeton and surrounding areas and have a steady stream of work We offer opportunities to grow in the painting industry and have great career opportunities Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment. Install fixtures and assist with construction painting projects. Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper application techniques are followed. Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to painting and renovation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Prefernce Proven experience as a Painter with knowledge of residential painting techniques preferred. Familiarity with stucco application and remodeling processes is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and airless paint spraying equipment. Must have the ability to communicate in english Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual labor tasks associated with painting duties.
