Responsibilities:
Perform all painting and wallpapering tasks to ensure a flawless finish. Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceilings, and external structures to maintain extraordinary standards. Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies, ensuring resources are available when needed. Ensure the accurate functioning of all painting equipment and tools. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed, encouraging an exceptionally collaborative environment. Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Other duties as required by your leader.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in painting, showcasing an ability to deliver high-quality work. Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally. Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions. Physical capability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet. Strength to push/pull up to 100 lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Dexterity to grasp, stoop, and reach overhead. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience:
