We specialize in high-volume student housing turnovers, apartment renovations, and property management maintenance projects throughout the Albany Capital Region. This is a fast-paced environment that requires individuals who can work efficiently, maintain quality workmanship, and meet strict turnover deadlines. Responsibilities Interior painting of apartments, dormitories, and student housing units Wall preparation including patching, sanding, scraping, and priming Rolling walls and ceilings to company standards Drywall repairs and touch-ups Surface preparation and cleanup Use of power tools, sanders, ladders, and painting equipment Assisting with apartment turnover projects and renovation work Following project schedules and production goals Maintaining a clean and professional work area Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of painting experience preferred Experience with apartment turnovers, student housing, or multifamily properties preferred Knowledge of patching, sanding, priming, and finish painting Drywall repair experience is a plus Baseboard installation experience is a plus Crown molding installation experience is a plus General handyman or maintenance experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders What We Do Our team performs high-volume apartment and student housing turnovers for some of the largest property management companies and student housing communities throughout New York State. Projects often involve painting, drywall repair, maintenance repairs, trim installation, punch-list work, and preparing units for new residents on tight deadlines. We also work directly with property management companies on apartment renovations, unit repairs, and maintenance projects. Candidates with handyman, maintenance, or renovation experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Monday through Sunday Overtime Available During Peak Turnover Seasons Day and Evening Shifts Available Pay $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (Pay based on experience, skill level, and productivity) Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who can handle a fast-paced turnover environment, take pride in their work, show up consistently, and help our team complete projects efficiently and professionally.
