Paint Now WNY is actively hiring a serious Lead Painter / Crew Leader for high-end residential repaint work. We are NOT looking for average painters. We are looking for someone who can lead projects, maintain quality, communicate professionally, and take ownership on job sites. If you need constant babysitting, this is not the company for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Running residential repaint projects Leading painters on-site Maintaining high-quality workmanship Managing prep, production, and cleanup Communicating with customers professionally Keeping projects moving efficiently Making smart decisions without excuses Protecting company reputation and standards
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3+ years professional painting experience Strong prep and finish skills Ability to cut clean lines Experience with brushing, rolling, and spraying Ability to lead and manage crews Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and professionalism
HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
Airless spraying Exterior repaints Cabinet refinishing Deck staining High-end residential work Crew leadership Customer communication
