Lead Painter Residential (Run Jobs, No Babysitting)

What this role actually is We're looking for a lead painter who can run jobs without being babysat . If you need constant direction, this isn't for you.

What you'll be responsible for Running residential painting jobs start to finish Leading 1-3 painters Making sure the work is clean, consistent, and done right Keeping jobs moving and on schedule Handling basic communication with homeowners Keeping job sites clean and professional What matters here Clean lines Proper prep No shortcuts Showing up when you say you will That's it. If you do those things, you'll be valued. What we're looking for 3+ years residential painting experience You've actually led jobs or crews before You don't need someone checking on you every 2 hours You take pride in your work (not just getting it done fast) You can keep a crew moving without drama Who this is NOT for You're still learning how to paint You've never run a job You're inconsistent or unreliable You cut corners and hope no one notices Pay & work $22-$30/hr depending on experience Steady, consistent work Opportunity to grow if you prove yourself How to apply
