Painter & Plaster

Who we're seeking: We are seeking a skilled painter for residential apartments to deliver high-quality painting work. The candidate must have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. Must be reliable and have attention to detail in completing their duties.

Responsibilities Prep the job:

Make on-site preparations such as covering fixtures, floors, walls and other surfaces. Prep the surfaces : Scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Prep the paint: Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or textur e

Execute:

Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools and/or apply varnish and other finishes.

Responsibility & Accountability:

Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions. Manage your time to complete the job correctly and on time. Skills Painter experience Knowledge and prior use of paint tools, caulk-gun, brushes, poles, rollers, etc. Must know how to use plaster & compound Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc. High school diploma or equivalent Pay Frequency Weekly Typical start and end time 8A-5PM Work Remotely No Over Time Yes, if available
