In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. We are willing to train people who want to learn a trade and how to be painter. Duties Must be ready to work Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, with occasional weekends Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and power tools Execute residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail Operate construction equipment if necessary Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials such as industrial paints or solvents Skills Experience or willing to learn construction site painting across residential, commercial, and industrial settings Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools (including airless sprayers), scaffolding equipment, welding tools (if applicable), and masonry tools Understanding of safety protocols related to construction painting

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
