Duties Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or holes to ensure a smooth base for painting. Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, or other power tools. Perform surface repairs including drywall patching, stucco application, masonry touch-ups, and restoration work to prepare surfaces for painting. Skills 5 years of painting experience. Experience in related trades such as carpentry (trim framing), masonry (stucco), plastering, caulking, fixture installation, restoration work, and maintenance tasks. Must Haves Your own transportation Valid drivers license
