Job Description
Painter We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Akron, Philippines or Kenya. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, furniture, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both interior and exterior painting and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint with brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Use different techniques such as stenciling or faux finishes to create decorative effects
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a professional painter is required
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino or Kenyan preferred)
- Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Valid driver's license is preferred
