Painter

Performs various Paint Shop duties under the direction of a Superintendent or higher-level supervisor, including cleaning and painting interiors and exteriors of buildings and other surfaces. Repair or replace drywall/plaster Install new vinyl/carpet flooring Repair damaged flooring Cut Access Panels and repair walls as needed Paints interiors and exteriors of University buildings and other surfaces. Cleans and removes graffiti from buildings and sidewalks. Maintains Paint Shop and equipment as directed.

The following Experience is required:

Three to six months related experience required The following Education is required: High school diploma or GED required Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the University's insurance
