Job Description
Job Summary We are a women and veteran owned business seeking a cabinet painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various painting techniques and be able to work on residential projects, we will train the right person with a good attitude. You will travel to customer's homes and paint cabinets in-place; we are known for being very neat and clean, on-time and friendly. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. As a Painter, you will be responsible for efficient work, attention to detail and time management for each assigned project. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, taping and priming as necessary Apply paint using brushes and rollers Ensuring you have the correct supplies on hand for each project Maintaining a courteous, positive and professional demeanor while in our clients home Following instructions as outlined for each project Previous cabinet painting experience is preferred but not required, training will be provided for the right candidate Candidates must have a driver's license & reliable transportation A background check will be conducted Exceptional work ethic and meticulous attention to detail is required Skills Ability to perform moderate lifting and physically demanding tasks, go up and down a ladder if needed, for the duration of the day Strong painting skills with an eye for detail in all aspects of workmanship Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients Ability to assess project requirements accurately for successful completion.
