Painter

Looking for a painter to join our crew. No experience required.

Pay:

$15 an hour during training hours, $16.5 after training, up to $25 depending on work ethic/skill. Experienced painters can start at $20+ an hour depending on your current experience level.

What to expect:

Our jobs are 99% of the time outside. You will get a lot of sun. Transportation required. You will either meet us at our base of operations, or directly at the job site. We are a relatively new company and a young team (mid-late 20s mostly). Most of our jobs are painting/staining decks and fences. Our pressure washing crew will wash it normally 1-2 days before, then our staining crew will show up to prep the surfaces and then complete the job.

Relevant skills:

How to sufficiently prep a surface to stain (sand, scrape peeling stain, etc) Staining by hand with a brush Staining with a paint sprayer (advanced, higher pay) And many other things relevant to exterior painting.
