Requirements Proven experience as a professional painter in residential settings Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and materials Reliable transportation and ability to directly report to the job site Familiarity with different types of paints, stains, and finishes Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or ladders Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel regularly during tasks Capability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis Primary Job Responsibilities Provide the best customer experience and final product to our clients Prepare surfaces for painting by using the appropriate tools, materials, and techniques to match the project specifications Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Set up and protect areas for painting, ensuring a clean work environment Repair and touch up surfaces as needed to maintain the highest standard of finish Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment after use Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as necessary Load and unload materials from company vehicles
