What You'll Do:

Prepare and paint residential homes (interior & exterior) Work outdoors with a team in a fast-paced environment Learn professional painting techniques Maintain a clean and organized job site Deliver high-quality work and a great customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Painting or labor experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits:

$17-$20/hr + performance bonuses Provided training - no experience required Opportunities for bonuses and advancement into leadership roles Additional pay for employees who can help transport equipment and materials Fun, team-oriented work environment
