Responsibilities Prepare residential interior and exterior surfaces for painting Patch, sand, caulk, and prime walls, ceilings, trim, and doors Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Protect flooring, furniture, and surrounding areas during projects Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Assist with light drywall repairs and finishing when needed Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Previous residential painting experience preferred Experience with drywall prep and finishing is a plus Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day What We Offer Competitive pay Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Variety of residential projects
