Job Description
Production Painter/Filler A well-established company that distributes products in the Dayton area that offers benefits once hired.
Position Details:

- Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and packaging of finished products
- Monitor fill levels, weights, and product quality to meet specifications
- Inspect containers for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with setup, changeovers, and cleaning of production lines
- Record production data and report any issues, malfunctions, or discrepancies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
