In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential projects. Your work can and will help bring visions to life, enhance property aesthetics, and protect surfaces from wear and weathering. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform specialized painting tasks including residential painting, commercial painting, stucco application, and restoration work. Execute surface preparation techniques like caulking, plastering, masonry work finishing to achieve smooth finishes. Maintain safety standards by using proper equipment such as scaffolding or ladders while adhering to site-specific safety protocols. Collaborate with team members Conduct maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance during projects. Experience No experience expired Hands-on knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and airless paint spraying techniques. Experience in surface preparation methods such as caulking, plastering, masonry work, stucco application, and restoration projects. Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects across various surfaces. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
