As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Painter to join our team and help deliver outstanding results on every project. Responsibilities Lead and manage a small crew on interior and exterior painting projects. Perform prep work including sanding, caulking, masking, and minor repairs. Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers according to specifications. Inspect work to ensure top-quality finishes that meet company standards. Communicate with clients and supervisors to maintain timelines and satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Train and mentor new painters and apprentices as needed.
