We start at $18-20/hr.(based on experience) and we base pay on performance, attendance, production, and progress. This is a no-nonsense, no excuses job. If not, you will be disqualified immediately. This can be a physical job. You should be able to lift 50 lbs and safely use ladders(not afraid of heights). Responsibilities Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and attention to detail. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Utilize hand tools and equipment to apply paint, ensuring a smooth finish. Read blueprints and follow specifications to meet client expectations. Collaborate with team members on projects and maintain a clean work environment. Ability to use and be comfortable on ladders/scaffolding. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the painting process.
