Responsibilities and Duties Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Interior Painting, Drywall Repair, and Patchwork for the apartment or hospitality industry. Painting vacant and occupied apartment units, Painting common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and lobbies Dry wall repair and patchwork
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task. Must be flexible to accept work assignments to different work locations daily. Must be able to easily adjust to different work settings, and interact with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Must possess valid drivers' license and reliable means of transportation for local travel.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience:
