Responsibilities Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Experience Proven experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of color theory and finishing techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and spray equipment for various surface treatments Hands-on experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, concrete finishing, welding, and masonry work preferred
