ATTENTION ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS

James S Painting is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team (Must be 18+). As a painter in our painting crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior painting services to residential clients. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We work Monday through Thursday 10 hour days. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding as necessary Apply paint, using brushes and rollers Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed after initial application Skills No fear of heights, will need to be on ladders most of the day Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary Excellent communication skills for client interaction Time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects No experience necessary as we do all in house training

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
