What You'll Do:
Refinish and repair bathtubs, sinks, countertops, and cabinets Prepare surfaces for painting or coating (sanding, cleaning, masking) Apply coatings and finishes with attention to quality and detail Work in residential and commercial settings: homes, hotels, and apartments Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Communicate professionally with clients on-site ✔ Training Phase Paid training at $25 per hour Hands-on instruction, job shadowing, and skill development Focus on quality, process, and efficiency ✔ Production Phase After graduating training, technicians move to production pay 25% of total weekly production Typical 40-hour week produces $4,500-$6,000 in work Technician earnings typically range from $1,125-$1,500+ per week Paid on a bi-weekly pay period
