  • Full-time Coleman Spohn Corporation is hiring an experienced Maintenance Painter to support facility upkeep at Central State University.
This role includes preparing surfaces and applying paint and finishes to maintain buildings and campus facilities. Responsibilities Prepare walls, ceilings, doors, and surfaces for painting Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brush, roller, or spray methods Patch, sand, and repair surfaces as needed Maintain painting equipment and supplies Ensure quality workmanship and clean job sites Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of painting experience required Experience with commercial or institutional painting preferred Knowledge of paint preparation and finishing techniques Strong attention to detail Requirements ✔ Must pass a background check ✔ No felony convictions ✔ No misdemeanor or DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years ✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the trade
