Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring spaces are beautifully painted and impeccably maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for transforming environments through skilled painting and thorough cleaning. This paid position provides valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the aesthetic and functional quality of our clients' properties. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections using hand tools and power tools. Apply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, or other equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes on walls, ceilings, trim, and fixtures. Perform plastering, caulking, and stucco work to repair or enhance surfaces before painting. Conduct cleanings of units such as removing debris, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, etc, and maintaining a tidy work environment during and after projects. Use hand tools like hammer, drills, and screwdrivers for minor carpentry or repair tasks related to remodeling projects. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites while handling materials like welding equipment or working with industrial paints. Experience No experience needed.
