We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Painter, you will play an essential role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various structures through your craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards. Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and textures. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Complete projects within specified timelines while adhering to project specifications. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Certification in painting or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
