Sanding Full Job Description Job Description:

We are hiring hardworking and motivated individuals for a full-time Painter position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You'll be responsible for assisting with residential and/or commercial painting projects while gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, priming, etc.) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Work safely on ladders and at heights when required Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs, etc.) Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable transportation to and from job sites Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work full-time hours throughout the summer

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with residential or commercial painting projects Familiarity with power tools and painting equipment
