This role involves residential and light commercial projects, delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining strong safety and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Ensure clean, precise finishes that meet client expectations Follow safety guidelines and maintain organized job sites Work with team members to complete projects on time Requirements Minimum 4 years of painting experience Strong knowledge of surface prep and finishing techniques Experience with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
