Job Description:
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our residential painting team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on homes and properties. The work is straightforward but requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability. Experience in painting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable and ready to work.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming, taping) Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites Work on ladders and at heights when needed Maintain a clean, organized work environment Follow instructions and work as part of a team
Requirements:
1+ year of painting Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Not afraid of heights (ladder work required) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well with a team Reliable transportation to job sites Must be 18 years or older

From $16.00 per hour
