We are a growing residential painting and remodeling company focused on quality work, organized jobs, and keeping our crews productive. We are expanding our painting team and looking for a strong, dependable painter who can produce quality work, help run projects, and keep jobs moving efficiently. Showing up on time and being reliable day to day is extremely important for this position. This position is based in Stillwater, OK. Applicants must live in Stillwater or surrounding areas in Payne County and be able to reliably show up to job sites each morning. This is a hands-on working lead position. You will be expected to paint daily, manage your workflow, and help direct helpers when needed. This role requires real residential painting experience. You must be comfortable spraying, cutting, rolling, and handling prep work without constant direction. What You'll Be Doing

• Residential painting (interior and exterior)
• Prep work including sanding, scraping, masking, and caulking
• Spraying siding, trim, and other exterior surfaces
• Cutting and rolling with clean, consistent results
• Transporting ladders to and from job sites when needed
• Working safely on ladders and roofs
• Directing helpers and keeping jobs moving
• Maintaining clean, organized jobsites Requirements
• 3+ years of residential painting experience
• Must have hands-on experience using a paint sprayer on residential projects
• Strong understanding of proper painting procedures, including prep, sequencing, and finish work for residential projects
• Strong skills with brush and roller
• Ability to cut clean lines and produce quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and run smaller projects
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Must live in Stillwater or surrounding areas in Payne County
• Must have your own reliable vehicle and ability to transport ladders when needed
• Strong attendance and dependability are required Pay
• $22-25+ per hour depending on experience
• Pay is based on experience, with opportunities for increases based on performance and reliability. Schedule
