No prior professional painting experience is required—we provide hands‑on training. Responsibilities As a Painter, you will be responsible for performing high‑quality residential painting work, including: Masking and protecting surfaces (windows, doors, trim, landscaping, etc.) Caulking gaps and cracks for smooth, professional finishes Surface preparation including sanding and minor repairs Priming surfaces as needed Applying paint using rollers, brushes, and sprayers Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment Working efficiently as part of a team while following safety guidelines Ensuring job sites are clean and organized at the end of each workday Training & Growth Opportunities Paid training provided — no experience necessary Learn professional painting techniques, safety practices, and jobsite management Opportunities for advancement into Crew Chief / Leadership roles Crew Chiefs can earn up to $21 per hour based on performance and responsibility Qualifications Willingness to learn and work hard Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
