Job Summary:

Job Description Full-time painter needed with proven interior/exterior experience. Work is steady year-round through a busy property management partner. Ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating small crews when needed. Requirements 3+ years residential/commercial painting experience (prep, finish, cleanup). Knowledge of tools and techniques (rollers, brushes, sprayers; color matching/mixing). Safety-minded; understands ladder/scaffold best practices and PPE. Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-service skills. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must have a valid Oregon driver's license. Employer Notes Qualified candidates will possess the following: Must be local and seeking long-term, stable employment. Must be comfortable on ladders and working on scaffolding or similar equipment, following OSHA ladder/scaffold safety standards. Able to lift, kneel, stand, and climb for extended periods as typical of painting roles. Job Duties Prepare interior/exterior surfaces: cleaning, scraping/sanding, patching/caulking, masking. Mix, match, and apply primers, paints, stains, and sealers by brush/roller/sprayer. Protect surroundings (drop cloths, coverings); maintain a tidy jobsite and equipment. Perform minor repairs (drywall touch-ups), ensure finish quality, and coordinate with property staff/tenants. Hours/Pay $18 - $21 an hour based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
