Job Description

Job Title:
Occasional Handyperson We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking individual for occasional handyperson work. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for a student, or someone with some handyman, painting, yard work, or maintenance experience.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Flexible, as-needed hours (evenings (5:00 p.m. on) and weekends (all day) preferred.

Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting (paint sprayer experience preferred but not required) Minor repairs and general maintenance Hauling and transporting materials (truck available if needed) Organizing garage and storage spaces Unloading and spreading bark chips Yard and property clean-up General light labor and organization tasks
Qualifications:
Reliable, honest, and self-motivated Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds Ability to pass a background check Previous experience in handyman work, construction, landscaping, or maintenance preferred If you are interested in flexible, hands-on work, please apply with a brief summary of your past experience and availability.
