Pay:
$22-$25/hour, based on experience and skill level Job Summary Lakeshore Painting is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our growing team. We specialize in both residential and commercial painting, and we're proud to offer great value, high-quality service, and a supportive team environment. This is a mobile field position , so candidates must be comfortable traveling to various job sites throughout the region. Responsibilities Prepare interior and exterior surfaces (e.g., cleaning, sanding, patching) prior to painting. Apply paint, stains, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix and match colors to achieve specified shades and finishes. Follow work orders, blueprints, or verbal instructions to meet client expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites. Use and maintain painting tools and equipment, including power tools. Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures. Occasionally assist with drywall patching or surface prep during remodeling projects. Requirements At least 1-2 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial). Familiarity with common painting techniques, tools, and surface preparation. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Basic knowledge of drywall repair or masonry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused work ethic. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel between job sites.
