Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating visually appealing environments while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform specialized painting tasks including commercial painting, industrial painting, restoration projects, stucco application, masonry finishing, and renovation work. Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and perform drywall finishing or framing as needed for seamless aesthetic results. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Collaborate with carpenters, masons, welders, and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks during remodeling or construction projects. Qualifications No experience needed though preferred Proficiency with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, plastering tools, as well as power tools including airless sprayers and saws. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills in plastering, stucco application, fixture installation, restoration work, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry finishing, concrete finishing, welding (optional), and handyman tasks are highly desirable. Experience with renovation projects involving remodeling or maintenance work across various construction settings.
