$26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience with prepping, taping, painting and clean up. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are a must. Painters at Tradesman Drywall and Paint are responsible to provide a world class customer experience for every customer, deliver an excellent end result on every product and improve the effectiveness of themselves and their team through continuous self-development. Responsibilities:
Paint interiors, remodels, new construction and other interior projects Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in drywall surfaces in preparation for painting Work with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a residential painter (2+ years of experience required) Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and detail Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Hourly pay will be determined based on years of experience.
