You won't be punching a clock. You'll be running a job. How fast and clean you work is exactly what determines your paycheck. Top earners take home $80,000-$120,000 a year depending on how efficient they are. Does This Sound Like You? You take pride in a clean finish and won't rush the prep You can work independently without someone checking on you You own your results — if something's off, you fix it You're organized, show up on time, and communicate with homeowners professionally You want to be paid for your performance, not just your time Key Responsibilities Complete one full kitchen cabinet refinishing job per week, start to finish Handle all prep, priming, spraying, and finish work to spec Communicate with homeowners throughout the project Document work with photos and job notes Conduct a final walkthrough and ensure the client is satisfied Collect final payment and close out the job clean How We Work We're flexible. Come to us with just your skill — we can provide a vehicle, equipment, and shop access. Or bring your own setup and we'll adjust the pay structure accordingly. Either way, you'll always have access to our refinishing shop. What You Need Proven experience in cabinet painting, refinishing, or spray finishing Comfortable with full prep: cleaning, sanding, filling Experience with spray equipment (HVLP or airless) Reliable and professional with homeowners
