Lead Painter Job Description:

Paint Wizards is seeking an experienced Lead Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for handling advanced painting tasks and supporting the crew to ensure high-quality finishes on all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed and advanced painting work (fine trim, spraying, and specialty finishes)
• Lead by example on job sites and support team members as needed
• Ensure high-quality standards are met on all work
• Assist with project organization and workflow
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
• Strong skills in spraying, trim work, and finishing
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and responsible
• Must be authorized to work in the U.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, typically 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime depending on workload

Location:

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Cumberland, Maryland, Altoona, PA.
