About us Whitetail Painting is a small business in Pittsburgh, PA. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Provide quality home improvement for a reasonable price. We specialize in painting, but do a lot more like flooring drywall, carpentry work, power washing, etc. Our new business is starting to grow at a rapid rate and we are looking for someone who is a hard worker and is reliable.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for renovating, restoring, and maintaining various surfaces. This position requires proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and knowledge of color theory.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damages
  • Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  • Mix and match colors to achieve desired results
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions to ensure accurate work
  • Perform trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and crown molding
  • Restore and maintain masonry surfaces
  • Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Painter/Laborer or similar role
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
  • Knowledge of color theory and ability to mix and match colors
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
