Job Description

EVS Metal, a leading metal fabrication, machining and finishing shop also offers integration services, various stocking programs and design engineering support. EVS Metal is a privately held corporation, headquartered with a manufacturing facility in Riverdale, New Jersey and with additional facilities in Pflugerville, TX, Keene, NH and East Stroudsburg, PA. Recognized for its world-class manufacturing processes, EVS has enjoyed tremendous growth, fueled by a commitment to both quality and customer service. We are looking for a 2nd Shift Powder Coater for our Stroudsburg, PA facility.

(3:30pm to 12:00am; M-F)
Primary Responsibilities:
Applies powder on parts/assemblies in accordance with product specifications Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts Sets powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs.
Qualifications:
Possesses strong attention to detail for accurate and repeatable measurements Strong work ethic, attendance, punctuality, and initiative A supportive team member who works collaboratively within a group. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Follows OSHA Requirements, Safety, Good Housekeeping and EVS Policies and Procedures.
Education and Experience:
Has a minimum of a High School diploma/
GED Physical Demands:
Able to lift up to 50lbs Bend and lift, loading and unloading work pieces into the machine, and move from one workstation to another, alternately sitting and standing We're an equal opportunity employer.
