Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician to join our team. This role focuses on surface preparation, precision masking/taping, and spray finishing for luxury cabinet refinishing projects. The ideal candidate understands the standards required for high-end work and is committed to producing consistently excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly prep surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and degreasing cabinetry Expertly tape and mask areas to protect surrounding surfaces Apply coatings using spray equipment with a smooth, factory-quality finish Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and respect clients' homes Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless final product

Qualifications:

Experience with spray finishing (HVLP and airless) Strong prep and masking/taping skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality Professional demeanor and respect for high-end client environments Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred (but not required): Experience in cabinet refinishing, painting, or woodworking Knowledge of coatings, primers, and finishing products
