As a Painter, you will work alongside a skilled team to deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting services throughout the Greater Columbia area. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining job site standards. You' ll contribute to creating outstanding results that leave customers genuinely impressed.Your Day-to-Day:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching
- Perform interior and exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Maintain and care for painting equipment to ensure top performance
- Ensure job sites and company vehicles remain clean and professional
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Learn advanced skills and techniques from experienced professionals
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project What We' re
Looking For:
- 5 years previous painting, drywall, and small/medium reparations experience preferred
- Willingness to complete online and on-site training programs
- Valid driver' s license and reliable transportation
- Pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
- Organized and dependable
- Enjoys providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift and move ladders and equipment
- English and/or Spanish language skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00 per hour
