Full Job Description Description:
Position Summary:
The Painter is responsible for performing interior and exterior painting for apartment homes, common areas, and buildings within a multi-family community. This role ensures units are market-ready and maintained to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and exterior surfaces as needed Match and mix paint colors to ensure consistency and quality finishes Repair drywall, including minor holes, cracks, and surface imperfections Complete unit turns within designated timelines to support leasing goals Maintain common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces Ensure proper use and storage of paints, tools, and equipment Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate with maintenance team and management regarding project status
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Previous painting experience, preferably in multi-family or residential settings Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials Basic drywall repair skills required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods) Why You Should Work for
