You will be repairing, fabricating, painting, and making sure our gear is safe and ready to roll. Duties Weld and repair dumpsters, shipping containers, trucks, and other equipment. Paint dumpsters, shipping containers and other equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components as per design requirements. Use MIG, stick, and cutting torch as needed. Help with general shop and repair word as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Work in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor). Requirements Welding experience (must pass a welding test). Able to follow directions. Comfortable working outside and around heavy equipment. Team player with a strong work ethic. Prompt and reliable.
