Job responsibilities include painting and finishing cabinets and moldings per job checklists, notifying shop supervisor of quality issues, and organizing jobs when unloading for assembly. You will also be responsible for keeping your area safe and clean. General labor duties are also included as needed. Shop hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or 7:00 am-5:30 pm. You are able to choose which of the two shifts you prefer. Fridays are overtime and mandatory when needed. No nights, no weekends. You will have year-round work indoors. Candidates must be self-motivate, have good work ethic, and keep a good attendance record. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, read a tape measure, and have basic tool skills. Experience is preferred but not required.
