In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their durability, and bring aesthetic visions to life. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, or other hand tools. Able to skim out or mud entire rooms with little help. Also conduct drywall repair when needed Perform surface repairs such as plastering, caulking, or patching to ensure a smooth finish. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for surface preparation and finishing tasks. Assist with renovation projects by handling carpentry tasks like trim carpentry or fixture installation when needed. Qualifications Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and scaffolding setups. Skills in plastering, caulking, stucco work, & mud work Basic math skills for measuring surfaces accurately and estimating paint quantities. Experience with renovation projects involving framing carpentry or drywall installation is a plus. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
