About Us We're a Nashville-based residential and commercial painting company with over 1,000 completed projects. We've built our reputation by showing up prepared, doing the prep work right, and communicating clearly from start to finish. Our customers don't want to babysit their painter. They want someone they can trust to handle the details. That starts with the crew. We're hiring two hourly painters who take their work seriously and want to be part of a team that does things the right way. What You'll Do This is hands-on field work. You'll work alongside our team on residential and some commercial projects across Nashville and the surrounding areas.

A typical week includes:

Surface Prep Fill nail holes, patch drywall damage, and sand surfaces smooth Mask trim, doors, windows, fixtures, and floors before any paint goes on Spot prime repaired areas and apply full primer coats when required Pressure wash exterior surfaces and allow proper dry time before painting Identify damage or scope concerns before work begins and flag them immediately Paint Application Apply two full coats as the standard — one-coat jobs are the exception, not the rule Cut clean lines on trim, baseboards, ceilings, and door casings Roll walls with consistent coverage and uniform sheen Spray where specified with full masking in place Work room-by-room in occupied homes without disrupting the household Cleanup and Closeout Remove all masking carefully and reset furniture as coordinated Clean floors and surfaces before leaving each day Reinstall switch plates, outlet covers, and hardware Perform your own touch-up inspection before the final walkthrough — don't wait to be told Required 1+ years of professional painting experience (residential + repaints preferred) Solid prep skills — patching, sanding, masking, priming Ability to cut clean lines without tape on trim and detail work Reliable transportation to job sites in Nashville and surrounding areas Comfortable working in occupied homes with homeowners present Physically able to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods Preferred Experience with Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams product lines Comfort with both brush/roll and spray application Experience on exterior projects including pressure washing and priming Familiarity with cabinet painting or specialty finish workflows How We Work A few things that matter to us: Every project is classified before we show up. You'll know the scope, products, and sequencing before you start. Daily cleanup is part of the job. We leave every site clean before we leave — every day. We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams. Customers sometimes request specific products and we honor that. Communication is how we avoid problems. If something's off, say it early. Compensation & Schedule Hourly pay — rate based on experience Full-time hours, Monday-Friday (some Saturdays during busy season) Work in Nashville and surrounding areas including Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, and East Nashville Year-round work — we do interior and exterior projects across all seasons

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
