Apply today! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive make-ready tasks including repairs, cleaning, painting, and general maintenance to prepare units for occupancy Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents or property managers regarding work progress. Painting experience with references required.
