Painting Subcontractor Compensation:

Based on experience, production, quality of work, and reliability. Performance bonuses available. Additional pay available for difficult roof work and specialty projects. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated painting subcontractor who can work independently, communicate professionally, and consistently complete jobs to a high standard with minimal supervision. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and transportation to job sites Clean background check (no felony convictions) Must speak and understand English clearly Professional communication skills with customers and management Working mobile phone capable of quickly receiving and responding to calls and text messages Must be reliable, accountable, and self-motivated Ability to work with little or no supervision Strong work ethic and task-oriented mindset Focused on completing jobs efficiently and professionally Ability to climb and work from ladders up to 30 feet Comfortable working on roofs when required Must be able to start work between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM and typically work until 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on exterior projects during summer months Prior painting experience preferred, or significant experience in construction/trades Big plus if you provide most of your own painting tools and equipment Must have Cash App or a similar electronic payment service Must understand this is a 1099 subcontractor position, not a W-2 employee position Compensation Details Pay based on experience, quality, production, and dependability Production bonuses available for efficient, high-quality work Additional compensation available for difficult roof work Fuel reimbursement may be provided for jobs that require significant travel outside your local area Application Instructions Do NOT call or text regarding this position.
