Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled make ready technician to join our team. Candidates MUST live in or around the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in completing full make ready units in a multifamily residential community. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance in all aspects of apartment maintenance. Responsibilities Appliance repairs and installs as needed. Strong painting/sheetrock reapirs. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Experienced in all aspects of apartment make readys. Plumbing repairs Experience Plumbing knowledge Electrical knowledge Painting knowledge Make ready knowledge
