Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled make ready technician to join our team. Candidates MUST live in or around the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in completing full make ready units in a multifamily residential community. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance in all aspects of apartment maintenance. Responsibilities Appliance repairs and installs as needed. Strong painting/sheetrock reapirs. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
